- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Social Media Management Intern Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement with target audiences
- Creating and curating high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (e.g., text, images, videos) for social media platforms
- Managing and scheduling social media posts and campaigns, including paid advertising
- Monitoring and responding to user comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of social media initiatives using metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels
- Managing and building relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other third-party partners to increase brand visibility
