IT Solutions Architect
Employment Type: Full Time
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight to ten (8–10) years of experience in software development/engineering for Enterprise Class Software Applications using a Service Oriented Architectural approach.
Five (5) years of experience in managing cross-functional application development teams of 10-12 resources.
Relevant and significant work experience with one (1) or more of the following technology platforms:
- Microsoft.Net
- Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition J2EE
- Windows Server 2016/2019
- Unix/Linux
- Biztalk
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Relevant and significant work experience with one (1) or more of the following technology tools:
- Microsoft Visual Server
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Eclipse Integrated Development Environment
- Jboss Application Server Version
Relevant and significant work experience with one (1) or more of the following technology frameworks:
- Microsoft.NET Framework (Includes ADO, WCF, MVC)
- Spring – Aspect Oriented Framework
- ACEGI – Aspect Oriented Security Framework
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Relevant and significant work experience with one (1) or more of the following development methodologies:
- Microsoft Solution Framework
- Agile/SCRUM
IT Solutions Architect Roles and Responsibilities
Designs and organizes the development effort for complex system solutions.
Performs leadership role during the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Leads and participates in code and system design reviews.
Develops system architecture and design including software, hardware, communications, and interface requirements.
Assists in the development of strategic roadmaps and technical implementation plans.
Provides leadership in solving complex business problems through the effective use of technology.
Responsible for transforming the overall business vision case into a projected solution.
